In this Privacy Policy, the term “personal information” covers any information gathered through the use of the Services that can be used to identify or contact you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to the payment processor Stripe.

To register for an account, we require you to provide certain information (username, email, password, and full name). The criteria we request may change occasionally to enhance user profiles or provide additional services. This additional information is optional.
Billing information is collected when purchasing a paid subscription, including credit card information. This information is securely transmitted using an encrypted connection to our payment processing partner, and no sensitive information is stored at EnGen.
Any information contained in communications by email or via the Services will be collected and stored. As part of the Services, you may occasionally receive email and other communications from us, such as communications relating to your account. We may use your contact information to send you information about your projects, subscriptions, comments, support requests, or technical issues. Collection of Anonymous Information

The Service automatically collects and stores logs that may include information your browser sends whenever you visit a website. You should not have any expectation of privacy with respect to making a project public.
EnGen will never make your private content public without your express permission.
You are solely responsible for managing authorized users on your projects, and you accept responsibility for the actions of any authorized users on such projects. We shall not be liable for any conflicts, loss, or damage that may arise from giving other users authorization to your Content.
You should not have any expectation of privacy on any comments you contribute on the Service.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time at our discretion. Any such changes will be made prominently available through the Service. You will be deemed to agree to the revised Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Service after any changes are in effect.
